With a fresh start upon us, goals and resolutions for the months ahead are inevitable so why not add an extra couple to the ones you had in mind with our suggestions:
Treat myself to a professional barber experience
Bank any Christmas cheques you got from the grandparents, aunties or uncles and treat yourself to a quality tidy. Not only does it make you feel like a king, having someone else deal with your wiry face fuzz, but they’ll effectively create a template for you to follow, making it much easier to maintain in the long run. You can find some of our favourite barbers here.
Rome wasn’t built in a day. If you’re a fresher to the beard world, don’t expect a thing of beauty to magically appear on your face in three weeks. If you’re completely clean-shaven, there’ll be an uncomfortable itchy period but that’s where we can help – use a beard shampoo to gently cleanse away any dead skin cells, a beard brush to train the hair to grow in a single direction and satisfy any urge to scratch, and a beard oil to soften new hair coming through and moisturise the skin underneath.
