LCM // 3 Ways to Style Out Your Beard

Just over a week ago London Collections Men took place, the biannual showcase that debuts the latest looks from our best British menswear designers. An eclectic set of presentations and catwalk shows for SS17, we saw theatrics from Aitor Throup, sharper-than-sharp tailoring in fresh pastel hues from Richard James and a running thread of androgyny, most prominent in collections from Wales Bonner, Xander Zhou and Ximonlee.

Most of the models were clean-shaven, perhaps reflecting the season, however now that we know the heat need beard-block you no more, here’s what you need to do to keep your look in check with your style.

Oliver Spencer // Astrid Anderson

If you like to work a five o’clock shadow, our Old Joll's beard oil not only nourishes your stubble but the skin beneath with jojoba oil, vitamin E and fragrant essential oils.

Joseph // Universal Works

Trimmed beards, as seen with easy-to-wear smart-casual looks from Joseph and Universal Works, can get a little unruly, especially if you have a natural curl to your hair. Tame those strays into submission with one of our Creampot Tom's beard balms that will inject some zing into your routine with their citrus blends.

YMC // Chester Barrie

Those sporting facial furniture can create structure using our Jevington Jigg's moustache & beard wax; just warm some between your finger and thumb then twiddle through the ends to create the ultimate finishing touch when you’re suited up for weddings, a day at the races or Wimbledon.
